I can't say much about helping you in that department, but I do know that there's no use in get frustrated or disapointed when it's only been a week. Just give it some time, if I can do it anyone can. Trust me lol I haven't had any problems that I can think of with the face room.But maybe you should contact curious labs and find out if they might know what you can do.
