@ Diolma: It worked perfectly, but was very hard getting the geometry placed just right. Since I am doing door in one colour w/a slightly larger border in black... there were (12 pieces) in all to move around until I got it just right. The rounded cube boolean didn't work as I needed a flat face and the rounded cube is slighty rounded on the face. Thanks for figuring out this puzzle. You smarty pants. Warm regards, Susan
