Nigel - I had the same question, in fact I "cancelled" my first order when I saw that shipping charge. But when I went back to look at the details of their special offer at the site, it mentions a credit will be given for shipping. So I (re)placed the order and voila! VERY RESPONSIVE - I got an email shortly thereafter with order details (and this was late Friday evening), along with an email regarding a credit card credit for the shipping amount.
In addition to the ducks, I picked-up the two rabbit packages - as you said excellent models!
