I assume you mean to move as your character moves in your animation. First, pose the figure holding the gun and then go to the properties window for the gun object and click on the "Set Parent" button. From the list that appears, select the right hand (or left if you've put the gun in that hand). That's it. When you move the figure's hand the gun will follow.
