Wow, it's looking really bitchin'! :) Couple of suggestions, though. I think the wings would look better parallel to the ground instead of up perpendicular to the floor like they are now. Also, the necks should be longer. It looks like he would have a hell of a rough time biting someone, or eating, or licking his butt. :) And the heads should be a bit bigger, too, in my opinion.
