Use V3 Blank or make your own injector to one of the community channels if you have created a completely new morph from mesh manipulation (an injector will be easier for users, so is probably required for a commercial offering); if you create a character with the available morphs then either make a regular MOR pose and tell people which morphs to inject first or supply INJ/REM poses (again, the latter would reasonably be expected from a commercial product).
