I agree with ulysses. The Poser 4 Handbook (by R. Shamms Mortier) was mostly just playing with dials and such. It has come in very useful for some things, though, and if you can find it at a discount it would be worth getting it. I haven't tried any other books, because I've found that I can get 99% of my questions answered either in the tutorials or by asking questions in the forums. But the P4 Handbook has helped me learn alot of newbie information. Not alot that wasn't in the docs that came with Poser, though.
