Melanie, have you been imprisoned on Skaro?! Next year, 2005, the BBC will start airing all new episodes of "Doctor Who" starring Chris Eccleston as the wayward Time Lord. It will be produced by BBC Wales and will consist of thirteen 45 minute segments. How many of those will be 2 and 3 parters remains unknown at this time. At this time the BBC is negotiating with Terry Nation's estate to obtain permission to use the Daleks. Nation , as you may know, managed a separate agreement for the Daleks so that he would get royalties whenever they were used.
