Thanks for the comments so far. Animation is a pretty lonely task so any comments are very welcome. beos53 there are several ways to get poser animations into Max. I'm using the plugin that comes with pro pack. There are other methods but I'm no expert on them. Do a search and I'm sure you'll find them discussed.
