Very nice work! The timeing is very good. I think timeing is the hardest and most important. She's a little stiff and robotic though. More hip movement would probly fix that though. When she swings the bat, the hip has to twist at least a little. From my experience the hip should almost allways be moveing a little. Never still or a flat line in the animation curve.
