heyas; let's see... first, you set up your scene, then turn on the animation bar (cancel with wizard thingy). go ahead a few frames, not too far, and move what you want to have blurred. the further you move it, the more blurred it will be. then you render... i'm not sure if it make a difference if you render the beginning, middle, or end. haven't had much luck with the motion blurring bit :/
