When you deal with these folks do you just throw your money on the counter and walk out? Or do you smile and say "thank you?" It depends on how much they actually interact with me. No one at DAZ interacts with me at the time of my transaction, otherwise I might thank someone then. Regardless that's different than going out of your way to cheerlead or lambaste a company on a message board, so I don't really think you have a point here.
