It is a Vic3 Character. But I am new to Poser 4, and I thought I had the touch, how to comform outfits onto the characters. V3 Cloths fit V3 Characters very nicely, but soon as I use the MAT character onto the V3, tops are not easy to conform. I will look into how to use magnets.
