2. Hiding body parts is a no-no - if you make a body part invisible to save on rendering time (like a lot of us do when it'll be hidden by clothing) then the cloth will drape right through the hole you've just made in the body. Ooops! Leave the body parts visible in the Cloth Room during the cloth-sim calculations. You can make the body parts invisible after the calculations are finished, when you're ready to render.
