I'm thinking you need to make (or get) your own custom transmap for the clothing you're using, designed to your specifications. Poser 4 (and to a great extent 5 as well) don't create the trans maps, they just use them. I make custom trans maps in Photoshop myself when the need arises. You could make the transmap for the outfit have the bracers as well, if you don't need the bracers to be separate props. You'd probably also want a custom texture as well to match the trans map. If you asked really nicely, I might even make the map for you if I can find the time. Alternatively you could go low tech and simply turn the visibility off for the parts of the catsuit you don't want to see - you can approximate what you're looking for with that, including the bracers.
