I use a freeware program called P3D0 EXPLORER. The way to use it is using the folder Favourites, you can make this root: V3 | character1 | character2 | Pose Matposes Props Clothes | Mats Face By this way you can have organized all yours items, and you can find at any time what items are useful for your character.
