heyas; did you use all the same rotation orders for each segment? did you use the curve parameter on any segments? if you used the curve thing, then you can only edit the twist jp for that part. the jp window may be confused, as it tries to keep the same joint selected as you switch parts. so, for example, if you were working on the xrotate (bend) on the one segment, and selected a new segment, the jp window would still keep the xrotate... but that new segment might not have an xrotate, and it got confused. maybe? :)
