Yes, you can in a very long and memory costly way: Export each frame of your animation as an OBJ, then bring each OBJ one at a time into Bryce and render a single frame. Once all the frames are rendered assemble them in another program. Or...you can import a Bryce rendered still or movie as a background in Poser.
