We could all do better with the "3 R's". Reuse, recycle, replenish. these people should be made to live in there own filth. Thing that makes me wonder is why all the garbage on my street ends up in my yard? I pick it up and dispose of it properly but I don't recall ever buying anything that deals with Sponge Bob Square Pants, so why was there a Sponge Bob package in my yard?
