Apparently it's against the law to be nice to your customers.. I've just been informed that this draw of mine probably is illegal. :(

it seems it's illegal in some parts of the world to require ppl to buy something to enter a drawing..

What I will do though..since these are my characters and I can do with them as I wish.. I will still give away 3 copies of my new character when she's released.
and all you have to do to enter this drawing is to state that you want to be included in the draw.

You don't have to buy anything.
Just state that you want to be in the draw and then everybody can enter.

I hope this will make everybody happy and I do very much hope that this is not against some you-can't-be-nice-to-ppl-law.
