The head might not be big enough for that height... depending upon how old you want to make him. The skull doesn't grow much. What is most wrong are general body proportions. Kids are "awkward" more often than they are right with gawky arms and legs throughout most of the growing years. Young men tend to put on their muscle mass when they hit 18.
