I have poser propack,so I'm not sure if everything is in the same place in poser 5 but when I said "tweak the pose" I mean like in the pose you have above bring her foot down a little and try the z trans to move the foot back slighty,and maybe you won't have as much pokethru. To hide a body part,just select the bodypart from the figures body parts menu,in this case "right buttocks" then go to the object drop down menu and select properties and when the box comes up uncheck "viible" and "cast shadows",then that bodypart will disapear.
