You're just about there. I like the first one best, it should be dark. Maybe increase the blue in your lighting a little bit to give more of a night time feel. Perhaps add a blue global light on a low intensity setting. Other ideas - find a different reflection map for your armor - a good chrome or platinum one, to make it look more metallic and less plastic. The pose of the left arm looks a tad awkward - try holding something like a sword in that position and see how it feels. I think maybe bring the sword away from the body a bit, and make the angle less horizontal. Finally I don't know if it's on purpose, but the facial expression is a bit muted. I don't know if that's the intent, but it looks like he's in a ready pose, and as such there should be a little more tension in his face - maybe add a little smile and snarl/disgust to get the cheeks up and the mouth tight, part the lips a bit more to show the teeth better, a bit of a nose wrinkle to accent that, bring up the lower eye winces some, and maybe add some more frown to the brows.
