Here's this face with few tweaks. As I've noticed, the degree in which the model resembles the photo relies on lights in some degree (I'm rendering in P4 without shadows, but this time with bump maps on). Of course, if I had a texture based directly off the face, I could as well end now, because the result would be more than satisfying anyway. Instead, I'm using daz's Ann Marie Gottard texture with few color/makeup tweaks by myself.
