I thought it was called Poser becuase at the time it was created, it was a miracle of a program that allowed you to pose 3d objects -- specifically people -- in a very realistic fashion compared to what was available at the time. In fact, as I recall, ALL the big players int he game immediately went to work developing their own systems to do so, and all o them bear a strong resemblance in the core methodology to what Poser does. Mostly becuase they did it first. And I'm in before lock. dang how cool is that! lol (ps -- they ain't power hungry, hon. They Are enforcing the rules that you have such contempt for.) (PPS -- were you aware that the language and manner of your efforts in defending your position actually weaken the arguments themselves? Nothing personal, but virulent language will get you banned in most forums, and behavior like unto a trolls is pretty indiciative of educational lapses.)
