OK, they are small, about 50k each, so a zip with 12 inside makes a tidy package for sliding in a mailbox. I'll put it up on my website but that may take a couple of days, so if anybody wants them now, IM me with an email address, or email me at hauksdottir@earthlink.net. Note that if you use them on a pure black ground, you may need to clean up the edges of the squares in postwork. I just added a bit of ambient color and a whisper of color looks good. Anton had made his as just a transmap not a texture map which is why I'd desaturated mine before rendering. As to what Lyrra might be up to? Hmmm... dirt, pebbles, rock salt for dry stuff... and splats, paint drops, and maybe gooey alien lifeforms for the wet? Wriggly little aliens could be fun if modeled after sea life or those precambrian-monster-thingies. (I'm thinking of sci-fi scenes where the heroes get attacked by clouds of nasty little critters.) Doing a real spiraling dust devil would take several streams of particles, but would still look coarse. It might be easier to map the pattern on a cone and use 3-4 cones inside each other. If the cone had more polygons, it would be morphable to get a bulbous middle and the tail in a twist. :) Carolly
