No, I did not get my money back.....but I didn't ask for it back. All I wanted was for the product to work. (: I am running Windows xp (home version) and have Pentium4, 2.66. GHz, and 512 mb of Ram? I think that is sufficient to use the program....but it doesn't work for me? Oh, well.........another one bites the dust. (:
