The tutorials were installed on my computer when I installed the program. They're available at the end of the Start Menu items, as Video Tutorials.

Crashes and hangs with OpenGL programs, like CC, are frequently the OpenGL-ness rather than the program. You can sometimes use the Control Panel->Display Settings->Settings->[some tab depending on vendor]->[lower your acceleration] and get out of these sorts of problems.
