I think it needs a lot of informations to find out why it is not running well on your system. And you see, you haven't had any problems with 10.3, we did. You have an idea why? It needs informations about the software you are running beside Vue, the system extentions, the drivers you use etc etc. Will be a long way to find out. Regarding the Panther thing. I think they fixed it for 10.3 but i am not sure what happens with 10.3.3. I saw so many software packages not running properly anymore i can't tell. From Suitcase to Toast to whatever. A lot of updates we needed. Therefore i decided to stay serious and wait with updating my OS until i have major problems with it. Never change a running system. But i do understand that it is a little different with a new computer. Has the new OS on automatically. What i mean is, that Apple is not doing a good job right now in changing basic parameters nearly monthly. We are close to Microsoft way of behaviour. Not that i want to blame only Apple, but it is really hard to tell who's fault something is these days. Anyway, i hope that TheWingedOne will appear soon because he has a system very close to yours and don't have too many problems as far as i know. Walther
