I have done experiments in creating stereoscopic pics. The problem is when you want to creat an animation while rotating your main camera. It is extremely hard to calculate the rotation of the aux camera and retain the seperation of L&R views. Is there a python script that can do this?

Have you tried parenting both cameras to a sphere and then animating the sphere instead of the cameras ?
The sphere needs to have the Universe as it's parent.

Thank you. I just tried it by parenting the main camera and aux camera to a sphere. Bingo!!! it works. Now down to some heavy animations.
