PSP and Photoshop actually work extremely well with each other. Both use the same filter format, and you can instruct PSP to access the filter files in Photoshop to use in PSP. I use both programs constantly. The browse feature in PSP is the bomb, and there are some strengths that PSP has that are better than Photoshop. For example, JPG compression is far better in PSP than in photoshop. Photoshop was never intended to work with JPGs, and I suspect they threw it in there only for internet use, and it isn't very good. I NEVER make a JPG in Photoshop. Only BMPs or TIFFs or CMYK files. I often have Photoshop and PSP open at the same time, working in Photoshop and using the browse function in PSP to select the images I want to bring into Pshop. No problems. In fact the only problem I have is that a friend gave me PSP 8 as a gift and they've changed freakin EVERYTHING in it lol. Deep Paint works with Photoshop. It doesn't have a plugin for PSP as far as I know.

Talent is God's gift to you. Using it is your gift to God.
