I need an unshaven texture for Mike 3 (or Mike 2)

For my Snape I need a texture with a 5 o'clock shadow. I've been thru the marketplace but didn't see the "right" one. Anyone have any suggestions? Free would be wonderfull but if I HAVE to pay I will. As I do have the Texture convertor I can use a texture for M2 too, but I'll prefer a "real" M3 one :o)

Well, he's not done yet, but I am working on a just that face. I've got his frontal features done back to the hairline. If this is what you want and can't find anything else I'll send you it! Dale

Are you a PoserWorld member? I think the cowboy faces for Mike might suit - there are two head textures, if I remember right one is unshaven.

The Mil3 beard has a nice stubble look to it...I used it for a couple of pictures of my Lancelot character after he has been in the field a while :) Rawn

Dale, your new texture looks good, but not unshaven enough Yeah I've considered the mill3 beard, but I don't need real stubble, more the dark shadow... Hmm This is harder than I thought. And now Poser has just frozen on me, and no I hadn't saved my latest changes :o((( EnglishBob, I'll check out the PW textures :o)

You could try painting a hair colour beard covering where you would like the beard to be growing (on a new layer in photoshop) Then applying a "Noise" filter (Gausian and Monocromatic) at some high percentage (maybe 200% depending on your texture size) Maybe try another filter like "Dark Strokes" for more randomness This will leave white around your hair colour....so turn off all layers except that one....use "select by colour range" and choose all the white and delete it. Then play with the opacity of the layer till it suits your needs. eh...just a thought off the top of my head....havnt tested it yet :) Rawn

I've done it that way on previous occasions :o) It just seems strange that there are no "readymade" textures with an unshaven shadow L But anyway my first task is to recreate the new morphs I made, now that poser cr*pped out on me :o/

I was going to recommend the "Russel" by nouscha from Renderosity Store, the "AdrianM3" from RDna, the millenium beard from Daz3d has two 5'o'clock shadows... Jepe has a set of hairy textures and they include an unshaven face...

This is Edo for Mike2 by StefyZZ... has a shaven version,that still has the 5oclock shadow (just less mustache). I belive she has similar for Mike3.. SWAMP
