I agree, accept the Bible so as not to dishonor his offer. Do not charge $$ in lieu of recognition on the web site with a link to your business email for future offers/business. Follow up with an appreciation letter 4 weeks from now, thanking him for the opportunity to do this work for him, then another in 6 months just to say hello and let him know how much you are enjoying the Bible.
