On second though, I think you're right about he head size, but it does seem small to me compared to the waist and hips. I think that what causes this feeling is that she has a very youthful face, which would call for a youthfull body, and thus a less wide hip and waist (just the x scale, the rest is perfect). But it could just be me having some sort of "standard" in my eyes (or having played too much with animedoll). I mean : there is no fault here, no anatomy error.
