"Keep it simple on yourself: Anyone who complains to mgt. gets banned." That is the best suggestion so far....think about it, how freakin silly is it to get all offended about comments made in a forum....grow up, if you disagree join the debate, if you can't handle the discussions then just point your mouse to the upper right hand corner and hit the big X.....problem solved. Also, you cannot have a list of topics that cannot be discussed...thats just silly.
