Subject: Help in pasting linlin's head into judy's body??

I'd like to paste the linlin's head ( a poser 4 model) into a P5 female (say, judy)'s body. i remember i've saw that tutorial in some sites before but somehow the site was dead.... can anyone help me? basically all needed to be done is to "cut" a's head and paste it into b s body.. but i duno how to do that.. any help will be greatly appreciate! :D Thanks!
