You have a DB schema devised where it isn't trivial to delete by foreign key references? Assuming that members have a unique ID that is keyed onto other tables... But, of course, it's easy to try to second guess, so I'm sorry if I'm wide of the mark here. I think that folks were/are upset (myself included) by the (seemingly) arbitrary shutdown of OT. To a casual user it seems odd. I do think that if someone wants to be completely erased from the Rendo system, then it ought to be possible and I am sure that you would keep those requests filed. What's wrong with Teri wanting to be removed from this site? It seems fair enough - it's certainly crossed my mind a few times. (shrug)
