OK THis is Whats Seems To be Going on. I Used UV Maper To Split The Shirt Front and Back. And This seems To Be causeing this. I i Dont use the Split by oritan and Keep it all together I dont get the mis place poly. This is strange. This Seems to happen With ever thing I made So far I just Check some other Iteams.
