Going from 1 global view from the top of a category to having to check 14 seperate categories, -just- to see if there are new items? I realize that this follows the current stupidity that business school marketing hacks are extolling, but there is a serious consumer backlash building, as well. People want simplicity. The old marketplace was stable, easy to access, easy to navigate, easy to configure for those who have impaired vision of various types... Change for the sake of change, without good reason, is usually bad for business....
