Sometimes if you have a huge amount of Instant Messages {like I am guilty of - gosh I hate to delete anything, cause as soon as I do, I need it - ;] A little trick I discovered when you have a ton of IM's, if you click on as many IM delete buttons as you can at one time - you can delete several IM's at one time. It's not a prefect solution, but it is sideway approach. Hope that helps. Dee-Marie
