Yeah...when you delete or move presets, they don't actually go anywhere, they are still in that single file preset that makes up "Clouds&Fogs.mat", "Volume.mat", etc, etc. So what you need to do is to go to a catagory, say Metals for instance, select the mats you want to save out of that catagory (some, all, etc). then export all those presets together as one big .mat file somewhere (safe) onto your hard drive. Then (what I do), is shut down Bryce, go into Windows Explorer, and physically delete the preset "Metals.mat" I then start Bryce back up, go into the metals catagory, and re-import the big .mat file I had exported earlier. Thus, new "Metals.mat" in your Bryce program folder will only contain the presets you had chosen earlier and not presets that had been "flagged" as deleted, but not really deleted. This will streamline your presets in size and imo, stability. This can be done with any of your presets. Just be careful. AgentSmith
