Subject: The round look in square objs...How do I get rid of it?

That isn't a result of P5's polygon smoothing function. That is the product of auto-shading found in ALL versions of Poser. The vertices need to be split to obtain the hard edged, flat surfaced appearance.

UV Mapper "classic" (for free) will handle that, but it will split ALL vertices, including the center columns I assume you desire to retain a smooth look.

UV Mapper Pro will allow you to select the "cut-off" angle. Any adjoining polygons less than your select number will remain smooth; any adjoining polygons with a greater angular degree will have sharp edges and a flat appearance.

The only "negative" about "Pro" is that you pay for it. But in the long run, it justifies itself.
