Wow, thanks for all the input and comments! The scene is, "Something in the Wine", a scene from the Wheel of Time books by Robert Jordan. I am adding a man, in this case an Asha'man wizard-warrior type guy who just wears black, and he is being poisoned by his wine. So, next up: 1. Spill the wine. A terrain and some metaballs should cover it. 2. Insert the guy, and make sure he fits properly. The guy is Michael 2, in this case. He's done, although I may have to do some postwork mouse-painting to make his clothes look proper for an Asha'man. 3. A knife, a dagger more likely, on the left side of the desk. Out murder-ee will be reaching for it, drooling blood, in futility. 4. Wax drippings from the candles, meat-balls should do it. SDNoble : The time-frame is 3 thousand years in the future, or 3 thousand years in the past. You pick, it's the Wheel of Time, and it's eternal and stuff like that! dB : Nice pouches, but alas, our Asha'man doesn't smoke tobacco. Although Robert Jordan never mentions marijuana in his books, he doesn't actually STATE that they DON'T smoke it! Diolma, great ideas! The ink well is next to the brushes, those pencils are the ones used to draw the rukh on the artpad. I couldn't model a feather properly, so I excluded quill-pens from this scene... Perhaps if I move the inkwell and brushes a bit to the left...? Thanks again for the input...
