Yes....with a word of caution. Make sure you have .pngs before deleting, and limit the deleting to your runtime files (character, camera, lights, pose, props, hair, etc.). I typically do not delete .rsr files in the geometries folder and "never" in the main poser folder! The .rsr files are not needed by P5 once the .pngs have been created and they take up a hell of a lot of room! :) I get rid of mine regularly and adore those merchants that send create their products with the .pngs included! :) You'd be surprised how many megabytes of space you can free up by getting rid of them!
