Changing the regional settings seems to have corrected the problem. The regional settings were set like they should be. Somehow Poser was seeing a different setting. Did a quick change to one country (Canada) and then back to United States. Thanks for the tip. Dave P.S. Dont know if whatever it was had affected my other 3D programs or just Poser. Turns out my Poser Pro Pack was doing the same thing.
