poser.rsr is part of the program. Leave that one alone. The ones in the geometries folders are versions of the obj files in a format that Poser 4 and below reads faster. The first time P4 accesses the obj, it builds an rsr so that next time it can open the figure/prop faster. If you delete the rsr, it just creates a new one next time it has to access that obj. PP and P5 just use the obj directly. You can safely delte the rsr files in the geometries folders no matter which version of Poser you have, but P5 doesn't use them at all so they're a total waste of space that should be deleted if you only use P5. If you have P5 set up to access a P4 runtime, you might want to leave them there for P4 to use, but you won't cause any problems by deleting them. The rsr files in the libraries are thumbnail pictures. The first time you view the contents of a library folder in Poser, P5 will create png thumbs based on those rsr thumbs. AFTER that you can safely delete them.
