Just some info - the poser.rsr file is where the program stores all the changes you make to the interface. You don't want to delete that one. In fact, I find it helpful to make a duplicate of that file when I first install Poser and store it somewhere else on my hard drive for safekeeping. This file gets corrupted sometimes and when it does I just replace it with the copy I made at the beginning. That does reset all the interface stuff to factory default, but what the heck, it's quicker than reinstalling the whole thing from scratch. Kate
