There used to be a product called Jubilee Petite v3 by Firebirdz available in the R'osity Marketplace. She was a rather sweet teenage version of Victoria 3. It looks like she has been superceded by Jubilee 2004 (see link). You might want to contact Firebirdz to see if s/he still has the original "Jubilee".
