Hmm, how many of us here know about or own a copy of Jeff Wayne's musical adaptation of "The War of the Worlds"? That seems the definitive version for a lot of people, at least the design of the tripod war machine. BTW, that version is available for free right here at R'osity. CliveP "Poser-ized" a model D.
