I've noticed this recently as well, I downloaded Sara when she was released then I lost everything on a hard drive crash so I went back and downloaded her again only to find a not too cute Sara face I wanted. Not big deal for me, but I wonder if some products that were done before the change (since she wasn't updated, the face changed completely) will still work the same.
